Job summary

The Crawfordsville Distribution Center for Penguin Random House is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our growing organization. In this role you will construct, install, troubleshoot, repair, modify, and maintain plant equipment and facilities.

Prior experience in facility maintenance is essential, with the 2nd shift 3:00pm-11:00pm (12.5% differential) or the 3rd shift 11:00pm-7:00am (15% differential).

Qualifications

• Two or more years relevant maintenance experience.
• Ability to read schematics and perform electrical/mechanical repairs.
• Experience with PLCs (Siemens/Allen-Bradley) desirable.
• Overtime availability essential.

Responsibilities

• Construct, install, troubleshoot, repair, modify, and maintain plant equipment and facilities.
• Support upkeep of production machinery and building infrastructure.
