Job summary

Daily's Premium Meats seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems. You will troubleshoot, replace parts, and ensure GMP standards in a fast-paced meat processing plant.

The ideal candidate has five years of industrial maintenance experience, English proficiency, and comfort with Excel; forklift and electric pallet jack operation is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP and food manufacturing best practices.
• Ability to read diagrams, blueprints and schedules.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides emergency repairs on production equipment to keep lines operational.
• Performs scheduled maintenance and replacements of components on production equipment.
• Diagnoses problems and repairs or replaces parts as required.
• Maintains, calibrates and troubleshoots electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
