Job summary

Daily’s Premium Meats LLC is seeking a Maintenance Electrical/Mechanical Technician to perform routine and advanced maintenance on production equipment and facility assets. The role requires troubleshooting from 480V to control voltage with an emphasis on safety and precision.

You will read manuals and schematics, perform emergency repairs, replace components, and diagnose faults. Strong Excel and equipment experience are valued, with GMP familiarity preferred to keep lines running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Food or Medical plant experience with GMP knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• English language mandatory; strong math and reasoning skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills; forklift, scissor lifts and pallet jacks experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read manuals, schematics, and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Provide emergency repairs to keep production running.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and replace failed components.
• Diagnose problems and repair or replace parts as required.
• Disassemble/reassemble machines using blueprints and tools.
• Adjust devices and control systems as needed.
• Understand electrical systems from 480V and below and PLC relationships.
• Follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures at all times.
• Communicate findings and complete required paperwork clearly.
• Ammonia refrigeration experience is preferred.
• Work in a fast-paced, cold, wet production environment.
• Collaborate with Production with a customer-service mindset.
