Job summary

Pretium Packaging is seeking Maintenance Technicians in Missouri to keep production equipment running at peak speed. This full-time role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus, payable in installments after 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months, with day shifts on a 12-hour schedule and overtime potential.

You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, and assist with general building upkeep while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, repair, or mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (day or night) and overtime.
• Strong problem-solving and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
