Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance or related experience.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery and mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for up to 10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally 75 pounds or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Repair or replace defective components and inspect equipment.
• Disassemble and inspect equipment to identify issues and determine repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections and diagnostic tests to prevent downtime.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain machinery for optimal performance.
• Maintain facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and manuals.
• Collaborate with production teams to support schedules and reliability.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
