Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Repair or replace defective components and inspect equipment.
• Disassemble and inspect equipment to identify issues and determine repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections and diagnostic tests to prevent downtime.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain machinery for optimal performance.
• Maintain facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and manuals.

The ideal candidate will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery, including press brakes, spot welders, laser cutting machines, CNC turret presses, and other production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Repair or replace defective or malfunctioning machine components.
• Disassemble and inspect equipment to identify problems and determine necessary repairs.
• Perform routine inspections and diagnostic tests to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and team members to support production schedules and equipment reliability.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
