Carlson Tool & Manufacturing Corp. is seeking an experienced Machine Tool Maintenance Technician to service a diverse in-house CNC fleet across three Cedarburg plants.

You’ll work hands-on with a skilled team, receive ongoing training, and contribute to a safe, productive environment. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machines, diagnosing issues with precision tools, and following blueprints.

Competenze

• Experience in CNC Machine Repair
• Education in Industrial Maintenance or a related field
• Mechanical maintenance skills in complex machinery, PLCs, fabrication, equipment repair and building repair
• Strong troubleshooting abilities, organizational skills, and effective communication
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently, analyze problems and determine best solutions

Mansioni

• Install, maintain, and repair CNC machines, support equipment and structural systems
• Perform visual inspections of machinery and equipment, run diagnostics, and perform testing with precision instruments including electrical and electronic test equipment
• Follow blueprints and specifications, using precision measuring instruments and hand tools

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Experience in CNC Machine Repair — Required
• Education in Industrial Maintenance or a related field
