You will work in a climate-controlled facility, contributing to automotive, medical, energy, and consumer products projects with a team that values craftsmanship and continuous improvement. Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating CNC lathes is required.
• Mazatrol programming is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in precise measurement with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Ability to independently process precision parts from setup to finish.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and run Mazak CNC lathes.
• Inspect and validate your own work using precision measuring equipment.
• Complete short-run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool adjustments.

In this role, you’ll help manufacture high-quality, precision parts — from smaller chuck work up to 160″ long and 36″ in diameter — by creating CNC lathe programs using Mazatrol, identifying tooling needs, and maintaining precise inspection records.
