Job summary

Staffmark is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Lebanon, TN, to troubleshoot and repair equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support safe, efficient production operations. The role offers first or second shift with a pay rate of $22.00 per hour.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, basic maintenance training, and the ability to read blueprints, interpret manuals, and operate hand and power tools. Safety and quality workmanship are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; six to twelve months’ related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Technical school, vocational training, or industrial maintenance certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment and facility systems to support safe operations.
• Perform routine maintenance on lighting, HVAC systems, and machinery; dismantle machines and install parts.
