Qualifications

• Safety-minded maintenance professional with basic electrical knowledge.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and wiring schematics.
• Proficient with multi-meters and basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules, policies and practices.
• Perform preventive maintenance: lubricating, measuring wear, repositioning components.
• Perform emergency/breakdown maintenance to support plant ops.
• Use multi-meter(s) to test electrical circuits ( DC/AC ).
• Read electrical block diagrams and wiring schematics.
• Exchange motors, gearboxes, belts, sprockets with proper alignment.
• Understand limits and proximity switches and their effects on PLCs.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC drive systems to locate faults.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic systems controlled by switches/PLCs.
• Troubleshoot pneumatic systems from solenoids, switches, valves.
• Know conveyor systems and their operations.
• Operate hand tools: grinders, drills, Metabo, reciprocating saws.
• Be self-motivated and complete assigned responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean, organized 5-S work area.
• Communicate openly and work with internal customers.
