Job summary

Aerotek in Richmond, VA seeks a Maintenance Technician II (Mechatronics & Robotics) to troubleshoot, repair and maintain conveyors and automated systems in a large facility.

You will read blueprints and schematics, perform preventive maintenance, and manage CMMS work orders while supporting electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems on-site for a contract-to-hire role after 3-4 months based on performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, distribution, or automation environments.
• Experience with conveyors, MHE, or automated systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Strong electrical and troubleshooting skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Maintenance Technician II - Mechatronics & Robotics

Ready to work with advanced automation, robotics, and high-speed equipment? We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician II to help keep our state-of-the-art distribution facility running efficiently.

Location: Richmond, VA

Pay Rate: $32.50/hour

Contract-to-Hire Opportunity (Direct hire after 3-4 months based on performance and attendance)

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors and material handling equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• Read blueprints and electrical schematics
• Support electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• Manage work orders and maintenance activity through CMMS
• Track downtime, maintenance records, and spare parts inventory

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, distribution, or automation environments
• Experience with conveyors, MHE, or automated systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.50 - $42.60/hr.
