Job summary

Revolution in Oakdale, MN is seeking a Night-Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep equipment running through preventive and on-demand maintenance and to document all repairs. You will be a detail-oriented, accountable team member ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.

The role offers $28-34/hour, with a $1/hour night differential and up to $3,000 in potential bonuses. On-site position with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with extruders and/or cast film lines is a plus.
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical field with 2 years plant manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electronic controllers.
• Able to work extended hours to meet business needs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, installation, repair, and upkeep of equipment, machinery, and facility.
• Identify parts or machines needing new or replacement parts.
• Utilize shop mathematics to complete assignments.
• Interpret drawings and schematics of equipment to adjust, maintain or repair machinery properly.
• Respond to production requests and troubleshoot problems.
• Communicate with production to diagnose problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to manufacturer’s recommendations.
• Complete assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency regarding time and resources.
• Provide daily reports of activities during the shift.
• All other duties as assigned by manager.

Revolution offers competitive pay range starting at $28-34/hour, depending on experience, with a $1/hour differential for night shift and up to $3,000 in potential bonus opportunities.
