Revolution Company is seeking a Night-Shift Maintenance Technician in Oakdale, MN. You will keep equipment running through preventive and as-needed maintenance, documenting repairs, and ensuring accuracy and accountability on the line.

The role offers a pay range of $26–$32/hour with a $1/hour night differential and up to $3,000 in potential bonus opportunities, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Prior experience with plant equipment and PLC controls is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; mechanical/electrical training preferred.
• Experience with extruders or cast film lines is a plus.
• Mechanical/electrical degree preferred with plant manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, repair, and upkeep of equipment, machinery, and facility.
• Identify parts or machines needing new or replacement parts.
• Use shop mathematics to complete assignments.
• Read drawings and schematics to adjust or repair machinery.
• Respond to production requests and troubleshoot issues.
• Communicate with production to diagnose problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance per manufacturer recommendations.
• Complete tasks accurately and efficiently with time/resources.
• Provide daily shift activity reports.
• All other duties as assigned by manager.

Revolution is now hiring for a Night-Shift Maintenance Technician position in Oakdale, MN. This role will be responsible for keeping all equipment operating through preventive and as-needed maintenance and documenting all repairs. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who has strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

Revolution offers competitive pay range from $26-32/hour, depending on experience, with a $1/hour differential for night shift and up to $3,000 in potential bonus opportunities.

• Maintenance, installation, repair, and upkeep of equipment, machinery, and facility.
• Identify parts or machines needing new or replacement parts.
• Utilize shop mathematics to complete assignments.
• Interpret drawings and schematics of equipment to adjust, maintain or repair machinery properly.
• Respond to requests by production when mechanical issues have been identified and troubleshoot problems.
• Communicate with production to diagnose problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to equipment manufacturer’s recommendations.
• Complete assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency regarding time and resources.
• Provide daily reports of activities during the shift.
• All other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Knowledge or experience with extruders and/or cast film lines, a plus.
• Degree in the Mechanical/Electrical field preferred with 2 years plant manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electronic controllers such as PLC drives.
• Able to work extended hours to meet business needs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to climb 100+ feet, work in all weather conditions.
• Good organizational skills.

The salary range for this position range is $26-32/HR. In addition, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, a retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
