Revolution in Oakdale, MN is seeking a Lead Operator to oversee stretch-film production lines and perform related duties such as product inspection, stocking, packaging, and labeling. Qualifications

• Prior production and/or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret measurements using a tape measure.
• Essential reading and writing skills are required.
• Team player willing to take on additional responsibility as needed to meet customer orders and expectations.
• Dependable, fast learner with good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to work overtime as needed and on short notice.

The salary for this position range starts at $24/HR. In addition, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, a retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
