Job summary

Revolution in Hudson, WI is hiring Line Operators to support production operations and maintain quality on fast-paced lines. The role offers meaningful growth opportunities in a manufacturing environment focused on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

You will work 12-hour rotating shifts, including every other weekend, with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits as part of a stable company team.

Qualifications

• 12-hour rotating shifts, including every other weekend.
• Basic reading, writing, and communication skills required.
• Minimum one year of industrial or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8–12 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Package rolls after indexing from one core to another or operate automated indexing equipment.
• Package products according to customer specifications and Revolution production standards.
• Inspect rolls for splices, defects, and product changes.
• Work collaboratively with team members to keep production lines operating efficiently.
• Verify correct roll counts, film specifications, and production supplies.
• Notify leads or supervisors of production defects or operational concerns.
• Assist with line changeovers and production setup activities.
• Follow quality and safety standards when packaging products.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Sustain productivity and quality expectations throughout the shift.
• Follow all OSHA safety requirements and company procedures.
