The role covers hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, PLCs, and robotics basics, with precision welding for component repair.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Maintenance Journeyman certification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years hands-on experience in an industrial manufacturing setting.
• Ability to troubleshoot hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and blueprints.

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical technical resource, ensuring the reliability and peak performance of complex manufacturing machinery. By performing proactive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems, you will directly contribute to maximizing operational uptime and production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance programs to extend the lifecycle of facility systems and production equipment.


• Diagnose and resolve complex issues within hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control systems to restore production capability.


• Maintain and optimize industrial automation, including PLC-based control systems and robotic integration.


• Perform precision fabrication, welding, and machining tasks to repair or replace critical components.


• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and overhead cranes, to support maintenance activities.


• Interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate system repairs.


• Document maintenance activities and work orders to maintain accurate service history and compliance records.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.


• Valid Maintenance Journeyman certification or equivalent trade credential.


• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.


• Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.


• Ability to interpret complex electrical schematics and blueprints.


• Physical capacity to lift up to 85 lbs and perform tasks at heights.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced technical knowledge of Allen‑Bradley PLC systems and FANUC robotics.


• Proven ability to perform arc and MIG welding for structural and component repairs.


• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on root‑cause problem solving.
