• Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance programs, including lubrication, component inspection, and vibration analysis to ensure peak equipment performance.
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic malfunctions to restore production capabilities rapidly.
• Interpret technical schematics, manuals, and blueprints to perform precise installations and repairs on diverse industrial equipment.
• Manage boiler operations to maintain required steam pressure and ensure compliance with safety and efficiency standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement long-term reliability solutions.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately to maintain detailed equipment history logs.
• Coordinate with external vendors and technical support teams to source specialized components and resolve complex technical issues.
