Job summary

MRG Technical, based in Michigan, is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot CNC machinery, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems across a range of production equipment.

The role offers up to $40/hr with regular overtime, plus employer-paid medical, dental and vision, a 401(k) match, 3–5 weeks of PTO, 10 paid holidays, life insurance and long-term disability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance or similar manufacturing experience.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC machines or other complex industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical skills with electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery including machining centers, lathes and boring mills.
• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns.
• Install, dismantle and repair machinery and support facility equipment.
• Work independently to diagnose problems and keep equipment running reliably.

You'll be trusted to diagnose and solve problems across CNC machines, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics and facility equipment. From unexpected breakdowns to preventive maintenance and equipment installations, you'll have plenty of variety and technical problems to get stuck into.

In this role, you will:

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery including machining centers, lathes and boring mills.

To be considered, you must:

• Have 3+ years of industrial maintenance or similar manufacturing experience.


• Have experience troubleshooting CNC machines or other complex industrial equipment.


• Have strong mechanical skills with electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting experience.


• Be confident reading blueprints and schematics and finding the root cause of equipment faults.


• Be eligible to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
