Aerotek in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment running at peak performance. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial systems in a clean, modern facility, with strong leadership support.

Qualifications

• Experience in Industrial Maintenance, Manufacturing Maintenance, or a related field.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with pumps, motors, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment to maximize uptime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot production equipment and quickly resolve breakdowns.
• Maintain conveyors, filling systems, packaging machinery, stacking equipment, pumps, motors, and valves.
• Inspect equipment and identify opportunities for improved reliability.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting, including PLC-controlled equipment.
• Complete minor facility maintenance repairs when needed.
• Work closely with production teams to keep operations running efficiently.

Shift Options

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Training will take place on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift.

What You'll Be Doing
