Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking an on-site maintenance technician in Mendota, IL to maintain and repair plant equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure a safe, orderly work environment. The role covers building repairs, hydraulic and electrical upkeep, and routine inspections/logs.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, capable of troubleshooting a range of systems, and commit to daily, weekly, monthly, and annual checks to support production uptime.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment throughout plant.
• Inspect and perform routine preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Perform building repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Perform hydraulic, motor, and electrical maintenance repair and upkeep.
• Clean tools, equipment, machinery & work areas.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
• Perform and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and annual inspections/logs.
