Job summary

Republic Elite Holdings, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide hands-on support in a Mendota manufacturing facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and perform preventative maintenance on industrial machinery, interpreting schematics and ensuring safety standards are met.

The role involves working under a Maintenance Supervisor, managing work orders through CMMS, and contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; technical training can substitute experience.
• Proven problem solving and organizational skills.
• Self-directed and initiative-taking.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, machine drawings, electrical, pneumatics and hydraulics schematics.
• Troubleshoots programmable controllers and equipment with CNC pneumatics and hydraulics controls.
• Installs wiring, pneumatic and hydraulic controls and calibrates machines.
• Maintains safety procedures including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements.
