Schedule

Shift: 2‑2‑3 – 12‑hour shifts, nights, 7:00p.m.–7:00a.m.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $27.58‑$39.60/hour+$1.25/hour night shift premium.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on electrical and control systems.
• Install, modify, and maintain motors, drives, PLCs, and related equipment.
• Support preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety, EHS, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records.
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities for equipment reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electrical/electronics preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as an electrical technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and maintenance systems.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work safely with high‑voltage systems and equipment.
• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs. and working 12‑hour shifts in a fast‑paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50lbs.
• Stand for long periods (steel‑toed shoes required).
• Perform climbing, crouching, and reaching.
