Job summary

You will analyze breakdowns, restore equipment to service, document work, and collaborate with production leadership to minimize downtime while protecting safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Five (5) years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, and safety instructions.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification and operator qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections per schedule.
• Install, relocate, align, and test machinery within scope.
• Coordinate with production leadership to prioritize work and manage downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records and coordinate parts/vendors.
• Uphold safety, energy control, and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and escalate when needed.
