Your Main Responsibilities
  • Control CMMS.
  • Parts inventory procurement and control.
  • Work order database management.
  • PM and TPM schedule and work order generation.
  • Organize and control physical inventory of MRO materials.
  • Schedule outside vendors for PM and repair activities.
  • Ability to read technical documents to identify and procure machine parts.
  • Experience with or ability to learn SAP for financial reporting/PO generation.
  • Familiar with Microsoft-based software (Microsoft Office, SAP, GPMATE).
  • General ability to assist with machine repair when needed.
  • Ability to interact with multiple departments to support procurement and manufacturing needs.
  • Participate in 6S and best practices events to improve manufacturing processes and equipment reliability.
  • Ability to keep work in a professional and orderly fashion.
  • Observe all company rules and Safety procedures.
