JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our safe, friendly, and climate-controlled advanced manufacturing facilities. Based in Cedarburg, WI, our team will rely on you for hands-on maintenance of equipment and machinery to ensure safe and efficient operations. You will have the support and training from our established maintenance team for continuous learning.

1. Installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipe systems, and electrical systems.
2. Visual inspection and testing of machinery and equipment, including electrical and electronic test equipment.
3. Following specifications and blueprints, using precision measuring instruments and hand tools.
4. Maintaining work areas and departments in a safe, clean, and orderly manner.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Mechanical Maintenance experience repairing machinery, equipment, structures, pipe systems, and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Background in CNC machine repair is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, mathematical aptitude, effective communication, thorough follow-through, and computer proficiency in Microsoft and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently, identify problems, and determine the best solutions.
