Description

Noble Company, a subsidiary of FPC International, Inc., is seeking a detail-oriented, technical and strong problem solver to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will ensure all facility and production equipment is operational, maintain documentation for PMs and inspections, and perform light fabrication, machining, welding, and electrical tasks.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm, with flexibility for overtime.

Pay: $25 - $30/hr + Annual Bonus

Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor

Team: Collaborates with Operations and Maintenance teams.

Certifications: None required.

Ideal Candidate: Manufacturing or industrial maintenance background, machinery knowledge, troubleshooting skills, technical mindset.

• Perform welding, fabrication, machining, electrical repairs with safety procedures.
• Diagnose, test, repair equipment promptly.
• Perform and document PMs, install new equipment, inspect facilities, organize parts.
• Participate in training, assist with inventory management.

Minimum Background:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years manufacturing/industrial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical systems.
• Experience with maintenance processes and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
