Job description

Clear Recruiting Partners is seeking an experienced multi-skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician for a direct hire position with a well-established Alpharetta company.

Shift:

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-Midnight (training on the 1st shift)

Responsibilities:

1. Install, repair, and maintain production equipment
2. Maintain chemical pumps and controls
3. Maintain hydraulic pumps and controls
4. Maintain pneumatic system controls and compressors
5. Maintain electrical controls
6. Maintain motors and control systems
7. Ensure proper operation of precision measurement devices, flow, force, and pressure systems
8. Maintain chilled water systems
9. Collaborate with maintenance manager/engineering on machine modifications and retrofits
10. Adhere to preventative maintenance schedules
11. Enhance technical knowledge through workshops, publications, and networking
12. Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

1. Strong troubleshooting skills, including root cause analysis
2. Ability to read machine schematics
3. Proficient with measurement devices such as Multi Meters, Micrometers, and Calipers
4. Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
5. Basic machine shop skills
6. Troubleshooting motors and controls
7. Experience with chillers and chilled water systems
8. Experience with PLCs and PLC-controlled equipment
9. Knowledge of CMMS systems is a plus
