You Will

• Perform industrial maintenance for extrusion & injection molding manufacturing equipment to ensure uninterrupted & optimal operations.
• Execute & improve preventative maintenance procedures.
• Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficiency and correctness.
• Repair & rebuild spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Expand your expertise through formal training and on-the-job experiences, including new equipment installation & modifications.

You Have

• Ability to work either an 8-hour Monday-Friday shift or a 12-hour 3-2-2-3 night shift (6:45 pm - 7:15 am).
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment.
• Solid hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical knowledge, with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical documents, blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet, with or without reasonable accommodation.
