Job Description

Industrial Maintenance Technician
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician for a company based in Alpharetta, Georgia. This role offers an opportunity to advance your career with a leading manufacturer of printed circuit boards, renowned for innovative technology and a supportive team environment.

Pay Rate
Starting at $30.00 to $35.00 per hour, with potential increases based on experience.

Schedule and Hours
Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
Occasional overtime on weekends or after shifts

Note: Must be able to train on first shift.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain production equipment used in manufacturing printed circuit boards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot chemical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and chilled water systems.
• Repair and calibrate electrical control systems, motors, and measurement devices.
• Collaborate with maintenance manager and engineering team on machine modifications and retrofits.
• Fabricate repair parts using machine shop equipment.
• Maintain technical knowledge through ongoing training and publications.
• Follow preventative maintenance schedules and ensure safety standards are met.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in reading machine schematics.
• Experience with chillers, PLCs, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Skilled in using measurement tools like multimeters, micrometers, and calipers.
• Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Basic machine shop skills and welding (MIG, TIG, Stick, Plastic).
• Familiarity with CMMS systems is a plus.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
• Drug screening and background checks required.
