You Will

• Perform industrial maintenance on extrusion and injection molding manufacturing equipment to ensure uninterrupted and optimal operations
• Execute and improve preventative maintenance procedures
• Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
• Repair and rebuild spare parts
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures
• Expand your skills through formal training and on-the-job experiences, including new equipment installation and modifications

You Have

• Ability to work either an 8-hour Monday-Friday shift or a 12-hour 3-2-2-3 night shift (6:45 pm - 7:15 am)
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• At least three (3) years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment
• Solid hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical knowledge with troubleshooting skills
• Ability to interpret technical documents, manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet, with or without reasonable accommodation
