Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field and 1 year of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Microsoft office product proficiency (Word, Excel, Visio)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains technical documentation according to set standards.
• Analyzes and assesses current processes and defines / documents improvements.

• Translates business specifications into user documentation designed for specific audiences.
• Ensures the documentation is concise, consistent, professional, and accurate.
• Reviews published documentation and recommends revisions.
• Collaborates with teams, management, and customers to continuously improve processes and documentation.
