Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for industrial equipment.
• Welding, fabrication, and mechanical repair abilities are required.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting and PPE knowledge is preferred.
• Two or more years in welding, fabrication, or industrial maintenance is desirable.
• Must handle electrical hazards safely and use appropriate PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform work safely and in compliance with policies and OSHA requirements.
• Support preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Monitor machinery and adjust to maintain proper operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
• Weld, fabricate, and perform mechanical repairs.
• Repair and fabricate conveyors and related parts as needed.
• Operate welding, cutting, and metal fabrication equipment safely.
• Use shop tools to complete maintenance tasks.
• Identify issues and minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Complete maintenance documentation accurately and on time.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers, leadership, and customers.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
