Responsibilities

• Machinery Maintenance & Overhaul: Support the installation, routine servicing, and major mechanical overhauls of industrial plant and production machinery
• Diagnostics & Preventative Upkeep: Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and keep precise documentation of ongoing PM schedules
• Line Changeovers & Tooling: Facilitate rapid production changeovers to match scheduled production runs, helping modify tooling and fixtures for optimal line efficiency
• Custom Fabrication: Build, modify, and assemble equipment parts using shop machinery across metal, acrylic, and wood fabrication mediums
• Facilities & Parts Procurement: Conduct routine building upkeep and coordinate with leadership to order necessary replacement parts and tooling supplies
