Job summary

Ring Container Technologies in Missouri is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to ensure safe operation of plant equipment, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems, and record maintenance activities.

You will support equipment changeovers, maintain documentation in the CMMS, and uphold GMP and safety practices while coordinating with maintenance and production teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and applicable technical certifications.
• 2–3 years of preventative maintenance in hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
• Commitment to safety, GMP and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of all equipment to meet company OEE and quality expectations.
• Proactively address production equipment inefficiencies.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical and process issues as directed.
• Operate power tools safely to prevent injuries.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
• Review production reports to address root causes of downtime.
• Evaluate equipment for improvements and tag components needing repair or replacement.
• Perform scheduled mold changeovers and building maintenance as needed.
• Maintain records for CMMS/EAM including work orders and parts management.
• Coordinate with Production/ Maintenance managers on equipment training.
• Pursue ongoing development and participate in plant teams for safety, quality and continuous improvement.
