Job summary

Prologis is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support approximately 22 million square feet of industrial buildings in the Lehigh Valley market. You will perform inspections, coordinate repairs, monitor vendor work, and respond to maintenance needs with the Customer Experience Team to ensure safe, functional, and well-presented properties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of skilled maintenance experience.
• Experience using work order, fire and life safety, alarm, facility management, or building control systems.
• Basic proficiency using software applications on desktop and mobile devices.
• Experience in more than one of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, landscaping, or HVAC.
• Ability to work outdoors for the majority of the workday.
• Ability to complete required training, including OSHA training.
• Ability to walk and drive properties, lift up to 20 pounds, and climb ladders.
• Valid PA driver's license and ability to travel to multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform general property maintenance activities, including inspections, repair coordination, and monitoring vendor work.
• Coordinate repairs, walkthroughs, move-ins/move-outs, and annual inspections with customers and vendors.
• Inspect properties for grounds, safety, cleanliness, and general condition; partner on corrective actions.
• Monitor and document vendor work; report unusual conditions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain safe storage of supplies and ensure tools/equipment are in working condition.
• Respond to emergency situations and maintenance concerns with the Customer Experience Team.
• Identify additional customer needs that align with Prologis services and products.
