Job summary

Prologis in the Lehigh Valley, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Customer Experience Team. You will perform inspections, coordinate repairs, monitor vendor work, support move-ins/move-outs, and respond to emergencies.

You will collaborate with customers, vendors and Real Estate & Customer Experience Managers to resolve issues and connect needs with Prologis value-added services, including Prologis Essentials.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of skilled maintenance experience.
• Experience with work order, life safety, alarm or facility systems.
• Basic proficiency with desktop and mobile software.
• Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, landscaping, or HVAC.
• Ability to work outdoors for the majority of the workday.
• Ability to complete required training, including OSHA training.
• Walk, twist, bend, lift up to 20 pounds, and climb ladders.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform general property maintenance activities, including inspections, repair coordination, troubleshooting, and recommendations for corrective action.
• Coordinate repairs, walkthroughs, move-ins/move-outs, and annual inspections with customers and vendors.
• Inspect properties for grounds, safety, cleanliness, and general condition; partner on corrective actions.
• Monitor vendor work and report unusual conditions or safety concerns to managers.
• Maintain safe storage of supplies and ensure tools/equipment are in working condition.
• Respond to emergencies and maintenance concerns in coordination with the Customer Experience Team.
• Identify opportunities to align customer needs with Prologis value-added products and services.
