Qualifications

5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
Experience in troubleshooting 480V electrical systems.
Hands-on experience with thermoforming machinery, robots, and automated production lines.
Experience with facility maintenance including HVAC, air compressors, and lighting.
Basic PLC troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair 480V electrical systems, including point-to-point troubleshooting, continuity testing, fuse checks, and electrical component testing using multimeters and ohmmeters.
Maintain and repair thermoforming machinery, robots, automated production lines, and conveyor systems.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment failures and perform preventative maintenance, equipment rebuilds, and overhauls.
Maintain facility and utility systems, including HVAC equipment, air compressors, vacuum pumps, chillers, plumbing, lighting, and plant electrical systems.
Troubleshoot PLCs, including reading error codes and performing basic start/stop functions.
