Aerotek in Walworth, WI is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to maintain and troubleshoot plant machinery. You will handle PLCs, robots, and electrical pumps, performing preventative maintenance and addressing 480V electrical issues across the building.

Qualifications

• 5-6+ years of experience in the field.
• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting.
• Experience in preventative maintenance and electrical repair.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Some education in electrical studies.

Responsibilities

• Work on PLCs, robots, and electrical pumps to ensure smooth operation.
• Perform preventative maintenance on plant machinery including motors, pumps, and sealers.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues up to 480v and maintain responsibility for the entire building.
• Provide first-line support to fix equipment issues when contractors are on site.
• Ensure operation of detection and alarm devices; communicate with authorities.
• Adhere to HACCP, GMP, SQF, ISO standards and complete required paperwork.
