Systems, LLC in Germantown, WI is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform plumbing, mechanical and preventive maintenance across our manufacturing facilities. You will learn to service industrial equipment such as welding robots, hoists and cranes while following safety and lock-out procedures.
Required: 1+ years of related maintenance experience or an associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, plus a High School Diploma or GED.

- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of related maintenance experience or an associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
Responsabilidades
- Perform facility and building maintenance including plumbing, mechanical work and preventive maintenance.
- Learn to perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment such as welding robots, hoists, cranes and other machinery.
- Follow lock-out and tag-out procedures to ensure safe work practices.
- Assist with dismantling of machinery and replacement of defective parts.
- Log all service work and downtime, and track equipment service requests.
- Operate forklifts, cranes, hoists and aerial lifts; maintain required certifications.
