Job summary

Chamberlain Group is seeking a maintenance technician for our Germantown, Wisconsin facility. This role focuses on facility and equipment maintenance within our Manufacturing and Production group, with opportunities to learn and grow in industrial maintenance tasks.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage and a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, and 1+ years of related experience or an Associate degree in Industrial

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
1+ years of related experience or an associates degree in Industrial Maintenance.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

Perform facility and building maintenance including plumbing, mechanical, scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and preventive/predictive maintenance.
Learn to perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment (e.g., welding robots, fabrication equipment, hoists, lift tables, cranes, paint booths).
Log all service work, record downtime, and track equipment service requests.
Drive a forklift and maintain certification; operate cranes, hoists, and aerial lifts.
Follow lock-out/tag-out procedures and ensure safe work practices.
