Job summary

LX Hausys, Ltd. is looking for an individual to troubleshoot and repair production equipment in a Georgia plant. The role involves reducing downtime, data backup management, and preventing recurrence of recurring issues. You will oversee plant construction work and inspect electrical gear including panels and generators.

Applicants should be comfortable with handling up to 50 lb, be highly safety-oriented, and able to work both independently and in teams in variable plant environments.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge in electrical circuit.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Lift up to 50LB.
• Must be an effective learner.
• Must be able to work alone and in teams.
• Must be highly safety-oriented.
• Ability to learn and identify tools and their proper uses.
• Ability to work under variable environmental conditions within the plant, such as temperature instability, fumes, dusts, mists, gases, vapors, or noise.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repair production equipment in a timely manner.
• Reducing down time and usability improvement
• Manage data back-up cyclically and monitor regarding each individual process.
• Analyzing repetitive trouble to recurrence prevention.
• Oversees construction work in the plant.
• Load factor and insulated testing regarding individual electrical motor equipment.
• Inspect electrical equipment’s(electrical panel and generator)
• Calibrate instruments, report, prevent maintenance work.
• Inspects and checks equipment for proper operating condition, logs test readings, and maintains, repairs, or replaces all essential equipment parts.
• Comply with company guidelines in the areas of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, waste water, air emissions and etc…
• Performs miscellaneous maintenance duties as required.
• Follow all safety rules
