Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support plant operations by keeping production equipment running safely and reliably. The role involves electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and installation/repair work on PLC‑controlled systems, with a focus on minimizing downtime and supporting production success.

The position offers a swing shift (2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.), with the first month on day shift for training.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands‑on industrial maintenance experience.
Industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment involving PLCs and VFD systems (programming knowledge not required).
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability with hands‑on repair capability.

Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance (PMs) to ensure equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical and mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment.
Diagnose and service equipment that includes PLCs and VFDs (repair/troubleshooting required; programming not required).
Assist with new equipment installation projects and plant expansion efforts.
Collaborate with vendors to support equipment installs, service, and troubleshooting needs.
Complete maintenance work safely, efficiently, and with a production‑focused mindset.
