Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in the Greater Green Bay, WI area. This role pays up to $29.50/hour, includes a full benefits package and ongoing training.

It follows a structured 12-hour rotating shift with a guaranteed six days off every month. You will troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems, AC/DC motor drives, PLC logic, and read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or Automated Systems, or 4+ years of equivalent hands-on experience.
• Hands-on experience with AC/DC motor drives.
• PLC logic fault tracing skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical repairs and routine maintenance on automated production machinery.
• Diagnose and repair AC/DC motor drives and power controls.
• Trace PLC logic to identify faults and clear line stoppages.
• Interpret schematics and blueprints to execute overhauls.
• Lead shift hand-offs and support preventative maintenance.
• Travel occasionally for regional training and goals.
