Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician for PLCs and AC/DC drives in the Greater Green Bay, WI area. This direct-hire role offers a structured 12-hour rotating shift with six days off each month and a competitive starting pay up to $29.50/hour plus a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing technical training.

Responsibilities include electro-mechanical repairs, troubleshooting motor drives, tracing PLC faults, analyzing schematics, and leading shift hand-offs

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology / Automated Systems OR 4+ years of hands-on industrial machinery experience
• Hands-on experience with AC/DC motor drives and electrical systems
• Experience diagnosing PLC faults and tracing ladder logic
• Stable work history with limited employer changes in 5 years

Responsibilities

• Execute electro-mechanical repairs and overhauls on automated production machinery
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives and power controls
• Trace PLC logic and electrical faults to clear line stoppages
• Analyze electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints for overhauls
• Lead shift hand-offs and preventative maintenance routines
• Travel occasionally for regional training and goals
