Aegis Manufacturing & Engineering in Nashville, TN is seeking experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to join our growing facilities. You will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve industrial equipment to maximize uptime, safety, and efficiency across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

The role requires strong electrical and mechanical maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and root cause analysis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years industrial maintenance experience
• Multi-craft maintenance with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or Omron
• Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, and power transmission
• Welding and fabrication experience a plus
• CMMS experience
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Continuous improvement and reliability initiatives

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery, production equipment, and facility systems
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and production lines
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and technical manuals
• Install, repair, and maintain motors, drives, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and automated systems
• Perform equipment changeovers and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions
• Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards
• Support production teams by minimizing downtime and responding to equipment issues promptly
