Job summary

Novolex in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and repair production equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support utilities and facilities.

The role requires basic electrical background, PLC experience, and a commitment to GMP and safety. Shifts include days 7:00am-3:30pm and a 2-2-3 night schedule 7pm-7am, with weekly pay and potential wage increases plus a monthly bonus based on plant productivity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years maintenance/industrial technician experience.
• Welding experience and ability to use measuring devices, forklift experience, pneumatics and vacuum knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production equipment, conduct preventive maintenance and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Support utilities and facility upkeep, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Operate under GMP, 5S, and safety procedures; perform daily, weekly and monthly PMs on equipment.
• Troubleshoot thermoforming and support equipment and assist training of other employees.
