Job summary
IAC Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on production equipment and facility systems. You will be hands-on on the shop floor, assisting junior technicians and coordinating with the team to minimize downtime.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical school or related maintenance training preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems OR experience maintaining injection molding machines and related equipment.
- Ability to read hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
Responsibilities
- Foster a productive, safe, and organized maintenance area.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production equipment.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and injection molding equipment.
- Assist senior technicians with complex repairs and follow established procedures and safety requirements.
- Coordinate activities with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
