Job summary

FXI in Terrell, TX is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair production equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safe, reliable operations across facility systems.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, read blueprints and schematics, document work in the CMMS, and collaborate with production and engineering on improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Two+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and schematics; CMMS experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure safety procedures are followed.
