Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a maintenance technician to support production equipment in WALLER, TX. The role focuses on repairing and maintaining electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with hands-on troubleshooting and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate will read mechanical drawings, operate Fiix CMMS, and coordinate with production to minimize downtime while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Maintenance technicians must have safety training and basic mechanical/electrical knowledge.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems is preferred.
• Proficient reading of mechanical drawings and manuals required.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and rebuild production equipment including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Coordinate maintenance with production to minimize downtime.
• Respond to calls for repairs and perform preventative maintenance.
• Assist with new equipment installation and maintenance scheduling.
• Record work in Fiix CMMS and maintain accurate records.
