Job summary

Pregis is hiring a Plant Electrician for the night shift (6PM–6AM) at the Bethel, PA facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and electronic systems across the plant to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable equipment performance.

Required: High School Diploma or GED; an Associate degree preferred in Electrical Maintenance or Electrical Engineering; and 5+ years of industrial electrical experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial electrical experience (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Associate degree preferred in Electrical Maintenance or Electrical Engineering.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, and PLC-based systems
• Support Pregis packaging lines, networks, and connected hardware
• Use testing equipment, wiring diagrams, and software tools (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, IndraWorks, Exor)
• Install and maintain electrical wiring and equipment to NEC and company standards
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment
• Escalate complex issues to technical support when needed
• Assist with equipment installation and commissioning
• Maintain accurate documentation, service reports, and training records
• Follow all safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures
• Maintain parts inventory when required
• Work overtime or weekends as business needs demand
